Fernando Noronha releases road movie's theme song

Art by Leo Lage

Brazilian Bluesman Fernando Noronha released the theme song of road movie “Highway 61: From Chicago to New Orleans” with OneRPM USA,  Worldhaus Music’s official distributor on September 29th. The single “Highway 61” tells the story of the tour the artist made on the famous Blues Highway in the United States alongside his band partner, pianist Luciano Leães, in February 2017. This journey, which began in Chicago and ended in New Orleans during Mardi Gras, is narrated by Noronha and maps out the important events in the history of the Blues as well as identifies the different ways of playing the genre.

“Highway 61” is the third single in a series that Fernando Noronha is releasing this year with international record label Worldhaus Music, which has been producing the artist’s material since they started their partnership in 2015. The road movie, also produced by the label, will be released by the end of 2020.
