Psychedelic Latin roots rhythm spanning throughout The Americas is what makes Pássaro Gigante’s unique sound. Blending original compositions influenced by the 1960’s Peruvian Cumbia or “Chicha” and Brazilian “Tropicália” movements with a folkloric accent makes for an electrifying combination of sound. The members of the band represent North America, Central and South America, each adding their own spice to the mix. The Pássaro Gigante could only be a band that you find in such a diverse and integrated world city such as Los Angeles.
